202026 – 30
202023 – 27

Monitoring and Evaluation for Sustainable Results (Online Course)
This online course on monitoring and evaluation for sustainable results supports you in gaining a sound understanding of key concepts and principles of M&E and in acquiring an overview of relevant tools for designing and implementing M&E related activities in a systematic way. It provides the opportunity to reflect on key topics such as results chain, indicators, data collection methods, monitoring plan and evaluation criteria. You will have an opportunity to reflect on and fine-tune your present M&E activities and discuss with your peers the challenges for project management and how M&E can address related issues.
Understanding Your Project Strategy and Result Models (Online Course) – An intensive overview into project management with consultancy session
“Understanding Your Project Strategy and Result Models” is an online course designed to lay a foundation to support participants not only to understand their project context and rationale in greater depth, but also to analyse their on-going project strategy using a result-oriented concept and tools.
What’s makes the course so special is:
It emphasises the use of individual projects as a case study – you learn to apply the theory to your own case on the spot!
It offers individualised coaching through one-on-one or group consultation sessions!
Effective Training Design and Management (Online Course)
Many people say that training is the most expensive Human Resources Development (HRD) measure. After people get trained, nothing happens. They continue performing their tasks in the same manner. They have not or only occasionally applied the new knowhow or skills in reality. To increase the effectiveness of training measures, the key success factors and enablers are: enabling participants to be active, supporting them in gaining experience and initiating reflection for the transfer of training content into daily practice. In this course, the participants will exchange their experiences on how adults learn best and how to design and conduct training that enables personnel competency development. They will take their current training activities for application exercises and receive peer feedback throughout the whole training cycle.
