On 21-23 July 2016, the Thai-German Trilateral Cooperation Programme and Chulalongkorn University co-organized the Results-Based Management (RBM) Training workshop for the Environmental Engineering department, Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University. The workshop falls under one of the components of the Trilateral Programme to build capacity for Thai agencies. The objectives of the workshop are to introduce and strengthen participants’ understanding of the tools used in managing for results to be applied in the department’s programs. Additionally it aims to develop essential skills for participatory processes and be able to transfer these skills to other faculty students. During the three day workshop, participants learned the logical framework (Logframe) tools as well as communication and facilitation techniques through real case-studies.
