Stakeholders' Meeting on Energy Data Analysis in Thailand

In order to ensure the achievement in implementing of Energy Efficiency Development Plan (EEDP) and the energy savings target, the Energy Policy and Planning Office (EPPO) and the German International Cooperation (GIZ) are collaborating to develop additional energy efficiency indicators (EEI) to be able to set energy baselines for monitoring and evaluating the implementing energy efficiency measures.

On Tuesday 17th September 2013, the TGP-EEDP project organized Stakeholders’ Meeting on Energy Data Analysis. The main objectives of the workshop are to provide an overview of current energy data collection system in Thailand and to address the importance of energy efficiency indicators as well as to present the interim report of Energy Data Analysis in Thailand. In addition, the meeting was considered as a platform to share experiences in developing and utilising EEI from international practices and to discuss information and ideas on Energy Data in Thailand.
