Dr Timo Menniken, Country Director of GIZ Thailand, and Jarukan Rassiri, Cluster Lead of Environment, Energy and Mobility, recently joined NBT World’s Thai Pulse programme to discuss Thai-German cooperation through GIZ’s work in Thailand.
The interview highlighted the Thai-German Cooperation on Energy, Mobility and Climate (TGC EMC) project and its integrated approach to supporting Thailand’s sustainable development. The discussion covered a range of initiatives, including climate issues, energy transition, the promotion of electric vehicles (EVs) and low-carbon urban mobility, as well as youth participation.
The conversation also explored how partnerships between Thailand and Germany contribute to climate action and help shape a future worth living for everyone.
