Here are some ideas on how to make your everyday life a little more sustainable.

ON THE GO, BRING ALONG :

  • Reusable water bottle that you can always refill with water to quench your thirst
  • Reusable cup for your coffee to go
  • Tupperware for when you buy your lunch and snacks from the market

  • Select shops that avoid packaging (e.g. zero waste free shops)

  • Hang your wet clothes on a drying line or rack instead of using a dryer to save energy

  • Use soap bars rather than bottled shower gel to avoid unnecessary plastic

  • Use public transportation whenever possible and avoid the traffic, Bangkok has an excellent BTS and MRT network
  • When travelling during the weekend, consider taking trains or buses (if possible) rather than flying
